We are excited to get started with building the Surf City Municipal Complex! Over the last few weeks, we have been busy at work with the following tasks. 

Construction Update (past two weeks):

• Continued Grading and Site Fill
• Brought Building Pad to Grade
• Installed Pond Outlet Pipe and Emergency Overflow
• Began Storm Drain Piping and Structures (30%)
• Mobilized Superior Concrete
• Began Placing Exterior Footings (50%)
• Began Plumbing and Electrical Underground Rough-Ins

Looking Ahead:

• Complete Exterior Footings
• Begin Interior Footings
• Continue Plumbing and Electrical Underground Rough-In
• Complete Storm Drain Installation
• Complete Pond
