FEMA Public Notice

EHP has completed an 8-step review in compliance with EO 11988: Floodplain Management for both PW 02041 PN 73652  – Surf City “Old Ward Building” & PW 02047 PN 73647 – Town Hall Repair, regarding the demolition of the Town Hall and Old Ward Building, as well as new construction for a new building to serve the purpose of those two structures. The notice is also in reference to the sites of the old buildings being turned into gravel parking lots. In order to comply with the requirement of 44 CFR Part 9.12, and prior to FEMA’s obligation of funds for projects DR 4393 PW 02041 PN 73652 and DR 4393 PW 02047 PN 73647, the attached Final Public Notice must be posted for a period of 30 days.
